An HVAC contractor in Calgary, family run since 2020, with every technician on your equipment employed by us and an owner answering the phone.

BBB A+ Accredited
WCB Alberta currentTNT started in 2020 between people who were already family and close friends. The idea was small and specific: run every job the way we would want it run in our own basements.
A furnace that makes heat is not the same as a furnace that was commissioned. The temperature rise gets measured, the combustion gets analysed and the airflow gets checked, because that is the difference between an install that lasts and one that comes back as a warranty call in year seven.
The shape of the company follows from that. Every technician on your equipment is a TNT employee, the phone is answered by an owner, and there are seven of us because eight is the number where Jamie and Jordan still know every job on the board.
You call us, you get us.Never a receptionist.
We diagnose the fault before replacing anything. If it can be fixed and is worth it, that is the option.
Equipment, labour, and inclusions, itemised before work starts. If anything changes, you decide first.
Gas pressure set, venting verified, the system run through a test. Two year warranty on the labour.
Every technician who works on your equipment is on this list. Nothing is subcontracted, so the person standing in your mechanical room is somebody who works here.

Heating pays the bills from October. The rest of the year is cooling, hot water and the commercial side, run by the same seven people.
Furnaces and heat pumps, repaired when a repair is the honest answer and replaced when it is not. This is the bulk of what TNT does, and it is what the 2am calls are about.
Air conditioning and heat pumps, sized against the actual house rather than its square footage. Most of it goes in during the spring, before the first week nobody can sleep.
Tanks and tankless units, swapped the same way a furnace is: the old one leaves on our truck and the venting gets checked rather than assumed to be fine because it was there.
Rooftop units, make-up air and service contracts for Calgary businesses. Jordan runs this side, and it is the half of TNT most homeowners never see us doing.
Every review TNT has ever received is a five star review. Furnace repairs, new installs, and the after-hours calls that show what a Calgary HVAC contractor is like.
It was -30 kind of winter day… other companies asked for us to wait over 24 hours… Jamie came to service our non heating furnace within an hour and fixed the problem quickly.
TNT installed the furnace system on our new build, and then we proceeded to get our AC with TNT as well. Jamie was super responsive, kind, and informative… In addition to being fairly priced.
Amazing service. I would not go with anyone else. Jamie tells you the truth, stands by his work and follows up.
Jamie and his team provide incredible expertise. They gave me consultative choices to improve my existing system, and clean installation done right… all at a fair price.
Not only was TNT very reasonably priced, they fit me into their busy schedule during the heat spell and got me all set up in no time.
Great job and great price.
Jaime was professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process… His technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Would highly recommend. Check with TNT before making any decision regarding heating or AC install. Believe me. They were amazing.
Compare Calgary HVAC contractors on four things: who shows up, who answers at 2am, what is in writing, and what happens if it fails. TNT Heating is family run since 2020, uses no subcontractors, and an owner answers.
Plenty of outfits sell the job and subcontract it to whichever installation crew is available that week. That crew has no reason to care what your venting looks like in five years.
TNT
Every technician on your furnace is an in-house TNT employee. Zero subcontractors, and the person commissioning your equipment is somebody an owner has to face on Monday morning.
This is the question that separates a real emergency line from a marketing one. Most after-hours numbers reach a message service in another province that books you in for Thursday.
TNT
An owner answers or calls you back, 24/7. Jamie Hurst on residential, Jordan Martyshuk on commercial. We will talk you through what to check before anyone gets in a van, and give you an honest time.
A verbal number in a basement is not a quote. The classic Calgary story: a furnace replacement growing a chimney liner, a gas line and a permit fee once the old unit is out.
TNT
An itemised written price, agreed before a tool leaves the van. If something genuinely turns up once the old unit is out, you hear about it and decide before we carry on. Never after.
Equipment warranties are the manufacturer’s. Workmanship is your Calgary HVAC contractor’s, and a badly set temperature rise or a lazy vent slope stays hidden until the first cold snap.
TNT
Two year warranty on the labour. If our workmanship is what failed, we come back and put it right. We also register the manufacturer warranty for you so the clock actually starts.
We would rather you asked every company you get a quote from than took our word for it. Book the visit, put the four questions to whoever turns up, and hold the quotes next to each other.
Proud to work as a Calgary HVAC contractor across the whole city and the towns around it.
All four quadrants, and no part of the city is treated as out of the way.
Further out? Tell us where you are and we will say straight away.
Nobody can tell you which is the best HVAC contractor in Calgary. These are the things people want to know before letting a technician near a gas appliance.
Question not answered here? Ask TNT Heating directly or call (403) 408-6136.
A technician measures your house and leaves an itemised written quote, at no charge. Of the Calgary HVAC contractors you could ring, an owner answers this one.
Broken down right now? Call us. The line is 24/7 and an owner answers or calls straight back.
